This committee is responsible to ensure that the Finances for our Community are adequately reviewed and in compliance with General Acceptable Accounting Practices.
This committee works directly with the LVHA Treasurer, Business Manager and LVHA Bookkeeper to prepare the annual budget, monthly review of finances to annual budgets.Review adequacy of Community Reserves, ensure financial statements are properly prepared and reviewed on a periodic basis and represent the financial condition of our Community.
We consult with the Board on any large financial decisions and increases in dues and fees as necessary.
